Richy has never stopped developing new products, especially helping customers to develop what they currently could not buy from China, or what they can not find the right factory to. We already had successful cases of development as customers requested in the related field. To respect our customers, the product which our customers have paid for the mould or some latest design can not be disclosed here. As below, a few case studies which we would like to share, and the products developing fee is covered by our company.

  Case StudyⅠ

Walk in Tub Development
Back in October 2007, Richy Team has found that there is a big demand for walk in bathtubs for the senior and handicapped, as the aging population is increasing.
After a careful selection, Richy selected a reliable partner factory to develop our own walk in tub. We invested in the mould, sample test and also the CE certificate. After one year of hard work, our handicapped model RMW006 is now available.
 

  
  
Case Study Ⅱ

  Wood fired Hot Tub Development

Back in March 2008, Richy received an inquiry on a new product from a Germany Customer.

In May 2008, we received another inquiry from a customer in Netherland who wants to purchase a similar product.

This new product has got our teams' attention. After doing a lot of research, we found this wood-fired hot tub is very popular in North Europe, USA and Canada. We believe that there will be a great market for this item. As no factory is manufacturing this product in South China, our engineers decided to develop this product by ourselves then select partner factories to do OEM services for us. After 3 months of handwork, our engineer successfully made the first sample and we showed it in 104th Canton fair. A lot of customers have shown a great interest in it.


  Case Study Ⅲ

  Spa Cover Lifter
In Sep 2008, we received an inquiry from a US customer who was currently selling spa cover lifters.
The customer was not satisfied with the current supplier and would like to redo the current model.

Customer's requirement: to remove the foot bar and make a new design
Lead Time: 10 Days
Solution: We offer him two designs for reference
RCL006A is one of our existing model is very similar to customer's.
RCL006B is a redo model based on customer's sample.

Result: Customer finally chose our existing model RCL006A.
Mould Fee: For all our cover lifter development, when customer orders excess 1000 unites, we will deduct the mould fee from the invoice. In this case, there is no mould charge as customer chose our existing model.
Promise: Customers have paid us mould fee, we will not sell to other customers, will not do advertising on the item ,nor bring them to the trade show.
