2.Termly quality inspection is also our strength. We inspect every single order and make sure the goods we ship are up to the standard.
3.Our sales team has a better understanding of customer requirements and the market situation, when most factories only focus on production.

How do you control the product quality?

Quality control is our major focus. Our experienced QC team takes care of every single order. To make sure every order we sent is qualified, they do initial sample inspection, during production inspection, pre-shipment inspection and container loading check for each order.

What is your product warranty?

All our sanitary wares have one year full warranty. Free spare parts will be supplied if quality problem occurs during the warranty period.

What payment terms do you usually do?

We generally prefer payment terms of 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before shipment. LC at sight is also acceptable.

Yes, of course. We have our own engineers and our own lab. Our staff is experienced in new product development. We have helped a lot of customers improve current products and develop new products.
